Bruce, we commend you "Into the Arms of Time".  "Apart from us, But always a part of us.  We remember you."

Bruce was an all around nice guy.  His mom was the local den mother for the Scouts and all the boys in the neighborhood would gather at their house for meetings.  His dad had a small orange landscape tractor with an attached utility wagon and Bruce used to take the rest of us neighborhood kids for rides; he liked to drive it and we liked to ride in the wagon.  His folks would rent a pony for Bruce's birthday parties.  Fun memories at the Hoags.  Rest in peace, Bruce.

Great memories Bev.  We had a great childhood growing up in Glenview when it was still pretty rual and tolerant of the things we did like running the tractor all over the place and such.  Bruce's house was indeed the gathering spot and we always felt welcome.

I was able to connect with Bruce fairly often prior to his passing and can testify that he remained the same good persona throughout his life.
