That is the sad tale of what is now transpiring in the United States Senate, where Republican senators scramble like monkeys, covering their faces, seeing and hearing no evil.

I have one request...I'd appreciate it if anybody could provide a video or transcript attesting to the claim that Alan Dershowitz stated "There's nothing Trump can do that's not OK, he's the President of the United States. The Senators are asking for clarification of Dershowitz's statements yesterday.  
It was astounding to hear him repeat himself over and over again.
Apparently someone spoke directly with Dershowitz.  
I do not see him in the well of the Senate today,
but he is tweeting that he didn't say what we heard him say.

And if anyone is kind enough to be trying to find evidence of the Dershowitz statements I asked about (which I haven't been able to find), seeing as how I'm not on Twitter maybe you could post the tweet where he said he didn't say what we heard him say.  I have a hard time believing these statements were made by Dershowitz, but I'm certainly open to be proven wrong.

As far as his tweet, it was quoted here so it shouldn't be hard to find again.

I'm not on Twitter either, but there's a plethora of articles quoting and challenging Dershowitz who may well have found his place in infamy...

Dershowitz is on CNN defending his impeachment argument.
He's had a busy day fighting the words he spoke in the well of the Senate.
He insists he appeared at the Trump hearing as a constitutional analyst.
This from the man who admits he had a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's house, but says he kept his underwear on.  
Legal analysts say Dershowitz has shown his constitutional ignorance.
People with common sense say his argument is absurd.

Lamar Alexander also owns Trump and Trump's misconduct.  
We're on the precipice of a coverup.  
It's an ominous moment for America.
